The MISCH-L was born of the design thinking process by the observations and insights provided by the patient advisors, and rigorously tested by the group. The following will detail the journey of discovery and development of the MISCH-L.
User Group
Our solution was designed for Individuals in the healthcare system who are generally isolated due to the nature of their treatment & recovery, such as:
• Patients who have recently undergone a transplant.
• Patients whose medical conditions are contagious.
• Patients who have vulnerable immune systems
This being said, many of its uses and functions overlap into other user groups, such as:
• Patients who have limited mobility.
• Patients who prefer individual rooms.
